Windsong Horse and Carriage touring the Festival of Northern Lights in Downtown Owen Sound. The Festival of Northern Lights boasts more than 18 km of lights along the Owen Sound Harbour, the Sydenham River, the downtown core, and Harrison Park. The festival runs from mid November until the first week of January.
