Ukraine: Hatred of enemies day

A group of Russian designers, photographers and illustrators made a big set of postcards (more than 400) for every day of the year. Every day is a holiday of commemorative day somewhere. July 13: Hatred of enemies day. I don't know what country. The card is funny :)
