Open every Saturday morning year round, the Owen Sound Farmer's Market is both a vibrant community gathering place and a tourist attraction, as visitors from around the world discover its charms. Ongoing since 1845, it is one of the oldest markets in Ontario. The weekly market is administered by a vendors' co-operative, that sees to the maintenance and restoration of the beautiful heritage building which the market inhabits.
