U.S.A.: Taking out the trash

It was a tag, "Taking out the trash, tag x4" where you're supposed to take 4 cards you don't want to send through Postcrossing. It is not the 'trash', but cards for which it is hard to find right recipients. The kind postcrosser who tagged me sent me 9(!) cards instead of 4. They are very nice! Some of them (first three) remind me of Russia for some reason. Doesn't the 3rd one look like Far Eastern Economic Research Institute? :)
